In Israel, electric scooters may be ridden from age 16 and up; riders aged 16 and over without a driver's license must pass a theory test. A helmet is mandatory, the maximum speed is 25 km/h and the motor is limited to 250W. Ride in bike lanes or on the road shoulder – not on the sidewalk – one rider per scooter only, and lights must be on at night. Every INOKIM scooter comes with a one-year INOKIM manufacturer's warranty (VIP warranty) through our official service at our stores, plus free maintenance and tune-ups for life. On the Light 2.0 the warranty is one year (excluding breakage), and the battery and drive unit are covered for one year. The new electric bikes come with a manufacturer's/importer's warranty certificate in accordance with the Sale Law; the full terms are provided with the product. Important: installing a non-original standing plate voids the manufacturer's warranty – only original INOKIM plates keep the full warranty intact. Home delivery is free nationwide, and you can also pick up in store at any of our four stores – Ramat Gan (Bursa), Haifa, Kiryat Motzkin and Tiberias – just choose a store at checkout. Fast shipping – up to about 5 business days for most models; the exact delivery time for each configuration is shown on the product page (for example, KIX about 3–5 business days, Light 2.0 about 7 business days, OX Carbon 48V available for immediate delivery, and pre-order models with an estimated date). Hand in your old scooter and receive a fixed ₪1,000 credit toward a new INOKIM. The trade-in is open to every brand – INOKIM, Xiaomi, Segway, Kaabo, Dualtron, Zero, Vsett and others – and in any condition, even if the scooter isn't working (we'll check it together in store). How it works: fill in your details and a photo of your old scooter, choose your new model (OX Dubai, OX Carbon, OX White, Light 2.0 or Quick 4), choose a pickup store (Bursa Ramat Gan, Haifa, Kiryat Motzkin or Tiberias) and pay online – the credit is already deducted from the total. Maximum range per charge: OX Dubai / OX Carbon / OX White in the 60V configuration – up to 60 km (48V configuration – up to 50 km); Quick 4 – up to 50 km; Light 2.0 – up to 50 km; KIX – up to 40 km; the new electric bikes – up to 75 km. Actual range varies with rider weight, terrain and climbs, temperature, tire pressure, battery condition, riding mode and speed. All INOKIM models are equipped with a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, from the same family of technology as electric car batteries. Full charging times: KIX about 3 hours; Light 2.0 between 4 and 7 hours; Quick 4 and OX (48V/60V 21Ah) about 7 hours. The batteries: OX – 48V 21Ah or 60V 21Ah, Quick 4 – 52V 16Ah, Light 2.0 – 36V 12.8Ah, KIX – 36V 10.4Ah. The battery and drive unit are covered by a one-year warranty. Original replacement batteries are available in the store (48V battery for the OX and Quick 4 battery – ₪2,300 each), and fast chargers come with the models. On all OX models (Dubai, Carbon, White and Land Surfer, in 48V and 60V) the Ghost Shield system is included as standard – every OX is now called OX Dubai Kit and comes Fully Loaded: built-in GPS for real-time location tracking from the app, NFC smart unlock from your phone (no key), alarm and smart remote. On the KIX, the official app lets you lock and unlock from your phone. The store also offers an anti-theft alarm with Apple Find My tracking (₪99 instead of ₪399) and an original lock (₪400) as an add-on on the OX Carbon page. The alarm is a loud siren that attaches to the handlebar and lets you locate the scooter from the Find My app on your iPhone, just like an AirTag.
