In Israel, electric scooters may be ridden from age 16 and up; riders aged 16 and over without a driver's license must pass a theory test. A helmet is mandatory, the maximum speed is 25 km/h and the motor is limited to 250W. Ride in bike lanes or on the road shoulder – not on the sidewalk – one rider per scooter only, and lights must be on at night. Every INOKIM model sold in Israel – OX Dubai, OX Carbon, OX White, OX Land Surfer, Quick 4, Light 2.0 and KIX – comes with a top speed of 25 km/h and a 250W nominal motor, in line with Israeli law and the Israeli Standard Mark. Israeli law allows riding an electric scooter from age 16 and up. Riders aged 16 and over who do not hold a driver's license must pass a theory test, and a helmet is mandatory at any age. Wearing a helmet is required by law on every electric scooter ride in Israel. Our store carries three helmets: a helmet for INOKIM models (₪150), the LS2 OF616 NEW AIRFLOW II – a 3/4 helmet with an advanced ventilation system (₪600), and the genuine INOKIM full-face helmet with an integrated chin guard and adjustable visor, in a camouflage design (₪249 instead of ₪599, in a range of colors). Every INOKIM scooter comes with a one-year INOKIM manufacturer's warranty (VIP warranty) through our official service at our stores, plus free maintenance and tune-ups for life. On the Light 2.0 the warranty is one year (excluding breakage), and the battery and drive unit are covered for one year. The new electric bikes come with a manufacturer's/importer's warranty certificate in accordance with the Sale Law; the full terms are provided with the product. Important: installing a non-original standing plate voids the manufacturer's warranty – only original INOKIM plates keep the full warranty intact. Under our Terms of Use, a purchase can be canceled up to 14 days from the day you receive the product. The cancellation fee is up to 5% of the purchase price or ₪100 – whichever is lower. INOKIM is the only electric scooter company in Israel to have received an official Israeli Standard Mark from the Standards Institution of Israel (SII) – the only scooter in the world carrying the SII standard mark. The mark certifies that the product has been tested by the country's official standards body and found to meet the requirements of the Israeli standard, and that production and quality are under ongoing supervision – not a one-time test. The mark covers the OX Carbon, OX White, OX Land Surfer, OX Dubai, Light 2.0, Quick 4 and KIX, and the new electric bike carries it too. All INOKIM models are equipped with a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, from the same family of technology as electric car batteries. Full charging times: KIX about 3 hours; Light 2.0 between 4 and 7 hours; Quick 4 and OX (48V/60V 21Ah) about 7 hours. The batteries: OX – 48V 21Ah or 60V 21Ah, Quick 4 – 52V 16Ah, Light 2.0 – 36V 12.8Ah, KIX – 36V 10.4Ah. The battery and drive unit are covered by a one-year warranty. Maximum range per charge: OX Dubai / OX Carbon / OX White in the 60V configuration – up to 60 km (48V configuration – up to 50 km); Quick 4 – up to 50 km; Light 2.0 – up to 50 km; KIX – up to 40 km; the new electric bikes – up to 75 km. Actual range varies with rider weight, terrain and climbs, temperature, tire pressure, battery condition, riding mode and speed. The OX models (Dubai, Carbon, White, Land Surfer) are rated IPX5 – resistant to water jets; the Quick 4, Light 2.0 and KIX are rated IPX4 – resistant to water splashes from any direction. In other words, light rain and road spray are not a problem. IPX4/IPX5 ratings are not intended for immersion in water or pressure washing. On the KIX, the official app lets you lock and unlock from your phone.
